**Responsibilities**:
Team Introduction The Platform Product Management team is under TikTok Trust and Safety with the goal of keeping our users and community safe. Our team provides data solutions and data insights for Trust & Safety. Responsibilities - Responsible for building a scalable permissions platform, optimizing permission management workflows. - Responsible for compliance policy management and integrated into our products and business. - Responsible for building compliance & permission monitoring and operation mechanisms to proactively identify and handle risk
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of ToB product design experience. - Technical background with experience in data security, business security, content security and data compliance - Good at integrating resources, able to quickly promote product landing and development, and have the ability to solve problems in complex environments. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read and understand compliance policy documents fluently. Preferred Qualifications - Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. - Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
