**Carbon Broker, Leading Energy & Commodities broker**

Formative Search is partnering with a leading energy & commodities broker seeking to expand their Carbon broking desk. This role will be based in Singapore.

As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking to broker Carbon Credits and other voluntary carbon/environmental products to Corporates (Asia Pacific coverage).

Reporting to the Head of Carbon Broking/Senior Carbon Broker, the chosen applicant will be responsible for understanding the emission risks and sustainability challenges of these Corporates looking to decarbonize. In addition, you will need to originate and develop new Corporate B2B client-relationships/business to ensure success of your carbon broking desk.

As an industry professional, you possess a sales flair, enjoy networking and are expected to be kept abreast of the latest news in the carbon market and industry to effectively value-add your clients.

**Requirements**:
You are a hungry and ambitious sales/trading/business development/origination/broking experience individual seeking a career in Carbon broking. Having some knowledge and experience in the voluntary carbon products (EACs, Carbon offsets) will be a huge plus.
