**Position Summary**

The Process Operator will be a part of the Bureau Services division of NETS Solutions Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the NETS Group. The incumbent will report to a Regional Centre Officer and is responsible for effective execution of assigned tasks to meet goal/targets of the Regional Centre.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute the daily operational processes and tasks accurately such as counter duties, sort & verify, scan, data entry, reconciliation and other operational tasks
- Ensure that data centre mainframes and computers are functioning efficiently
- Ensure that all network servers are running well
- Deliver the daily operational processes and tasks effectively and efficiently to assist the management in meeting business objectives and customer’s SLA eg. timeliness, accuracy
- Escalate any operational issues to the Regional Centre Officer on a timely manner
- Support and participate in any operational initiatives as required to drive quality, productivity, business continuity and risk reduction
- Achieve individual goals and attend to any coaching sessions provided for growth or improvement

**Requirements**:

- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
- Proficient typing skills
- Computer savvy

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
