Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project.
Provide administrative support for Learning & Development department (L&D) duties as follow:
- Sourcing for relevant trainings and coordinate training and learning events.
- Liaise with various stakeholders on completion of training plans.
- Develop evaluation and feedback forms.
- Track and consolidate attendance and evaluation submissions.
- Collate and analyze post-training data.
- Prepare impact and learning reports.
- Support virtual L&D sessions.
- Administer the system including data entry, manage access rights and assist staff with system issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Basic Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration/any related field
2. 1 - 2 years of experience of related fields
3. Basic Microsoft Excel/Work/PowerPoint (knowledge in PowerBi/Data Presentation will be added advantage)
4. Able to travel to the office located at Toa Payoh (Main office) and Punggol.
**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday (Office hours) 8.00am to 5.30pm
Hybrid Working Model
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
