**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clients with market colour and trade ideas
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understand their trading needs and provide guidance on our wide range of product offerings
- Structured product ideation based off client feedback and interactions
- Price and execute simple (spot) to complex products (exotics, structures) across multiple desks
- Manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols
- Deal with day-to-day administrative issues in support of trading activities and liaison with trading operations
- Work with internal technology and analytics groups for enhancements in systems, analytics and coordinate trading activity
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve trading processes and client service

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ direct experience in global markets trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Trader or in a similar role within a financial services environment is preferred
- Have an active mind and strong awareness of risks
- Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skills. Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, making informed decisions while handling large trading volumes
- Experience in cryptocurrency trading and/or knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is preferred
