In brief:
You will support the Culture and DIB team in to curate a work environment characterized by DIB. These will include psychological safety and empowerment interventions as foundational enablers of well-being, innovation and performance.

**Job Description**:

- Conduct research on issues relating to employee well-being, motivation, performance and translate scientific findings (i.e., organizational psychology and behaviour) into practical behaviours which optimize the quality of people’s worklife and work outcomes.
- Provide support in the implementation of targeted and scaled interventions and programmes which positively transform people experiences and work outcomes and enable future ready managers, through organizational science, behavioral insights, and advanced analytics.
- Collate and analyze feedback from interventions and other activities conducted by the CDIB team.
- Optional but preferred: Ability to code.

You meet all or most of these requirements:

- Strong interest in a practitioner-academic (“pracademic”) mindset and orientation towards practical solutions.
- Skilled in research, scientific literature review and quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to validate hypotheses on motivation, performance and other occupational behaviours and develop new ways of understanding people at work.
- Have a keen interest in important psychometric concepts including reliability and predictive validity.
- Are a great active listener and expert problem solver to help find the right solutions for stakeholders.
- Truly enjoy working in a team and collaborating with others to understand, discover and recommend ways to optimize our people and improve people experience using research & data.
