**Core Responsibilities**:
- Build and progress country and region-specific local D&I action plans, advised by localised demographic and inclusion data, in partnership with regional Presidents, GMs and Leadership Teams
- Leverage external and internal local D&I data and insights to recommend action planning, ensure local relevancy, and raise awareness about trends
- Communicate “glocalised” plans and differences by region at a global scale to facilitate cross-cultural competency and accelerate D&I council & taskforce work
- Lead community coordination and lead annual planning for D&I task forces (11 globally) and Global D&I council
- Join project teams for regional D&I external event activations like Pride
- Keep track of local country specific D&I regulation and news that impacts our ability to implement our global D&I strategy locally and regionally, recommending modernisations to our policies, practices, and ways of working
- Responsible for oversight and management of local and regional D&I taskforce budget

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Experience in Diversity and Inclusion at a global company, ideally with experience working with team members across multiple geographies
- Multiple project and program management - Experience in organizing, prioritizing and running multiple large projects with varied timelines and many team members
- Future planning capabilities and an innovation mentality, synthesizing complexity and information across geographies into a clear digestible strategy and action plans
- Internal and external partner management - Experience working in an intersectional and collaborative manner to develop cohesion across multiple global networks of employees
- Excellent understanding of DEI program and experience leading programs and relationships, robust vocabulary related to diversity, equity, inclusion, social justice, and systemic oppression topics
- Ability to quickly and sustainably build trust internally across many departments, levels, skills, and geographies, working together toward shared goals
- Impact evaluation experience - Experience connecting action plans to D&I business, people and culture goals
- Ability to prioritize, interest in learning & growth mentality
