This growth and our commitment to investing in our people and platform has created the need for an enterprising real estate professional to join our team as the Head of Enterprise Market Solutions | Asia. This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Managing Director Occupier Services | Asia.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Working closely with Managing Director, Occupier Services, Asia, this position formulates, drives and implements Business Plan for Occupier Services.
- Undertake business development strategy and implementation, i.e. planning the annual sales plan,
- Lead Business development initiatives across the region focusing on both outsourcing clients as well as increasing the multi market (non contractual) client base
- Lead sector driven practice groups to increase sector specialization
- Collaborate with other service lines across Occupier Services to ensure increase in win rate and repeat business. Increase internal referral win rate
- Participate actively in industry events and panels to enhance the Colliers Occupier Services brand
- Ownership over the CRM initiatives for Occupier Services in Asia.
- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure increase in inbound and outbound opportunities in Asia
**Qualifications**:
- At least 15 years’ experience in real estate development consultancy with deep understanding of business model, client requirements, industry delivery and contracting models
- Strong track record of working successfully with multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed business environment
- Demonstrable leadership skills with over 10 years’ experience managing a team. Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges
- Prior talent representation and occupier services skills in Asia are essential to be successful in this role
- Out-going personality and ability to work under pressure
- Strong client-facing, business network and presentation skills
