- Bridge the gap between clients and the company, leveraging their technical expertise to sell products or services.
- Identify potential customers, demonstrate product features, and negotiate contracts.
- Analyze customers' needs and recommend products.
- Discuss products with customers and explain technical concepts simply.
- Write reports and proposals for vendors or clients related to technical products.
- Evaluate clients' needs and recommend solutions through the organization's technology-based products.
- Assist with promotional offers and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and increase revenues and achieve profitability goals while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new clients and opportunities to grow market share.
- Continually update industry, product, competitor, and market knowledge and provide information to Director Sales and Marketing.
- Coordinate Sales activities among regional engineering staff.
- Have a clear understanding of the components of the products and the ability to demonstrate how they work
