The hiring organization is a global educational institution with multiple brands under the organization. The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Marketing) will focus on digital marketing efforts to drive enrolment and meeting targets. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the daily execution of digital marketing campaigns, production of promotional materials.
- Works with Senior Marketing Manager and Country Marketing Manager to establish marketing goals based on past performance and forecasts
- Review brand positioning and develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to improve standing, branding and enrolment
- Generate reports and presentations for regular marketing reporting to senior management
- Provide support and input for new offerings and initiatives to strengthen customer relationship and outreach efforts
- Conduct campaign analysis, market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies
- Manages multiple digital marketing channels across SEO, SEM & Content Marketing
- Oversees the creative development of website, supporting media in adherence to the brand guidelines to digital campaigns to drive numbers for events and meet enrolment target
- Communicates with stakeholders, vendors and other services to ensure fruition of marketing campaigns
- Manage and cultivate relationships with education partners to support marketing initiatives
- Participate in onsite execution and delivery or event, including project administration and management of workflow

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant proven track record in Digital Marketing, preferably in the education industry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SEM, Hubspot, Website Management is preferred
- Knowledge in design, photography and video-editing is a good to have
