**Roles & Responsibilities**

**PROJECT COORDINATOR**

The activities required to be performed shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
a) Drive and maintain project administration and documentation;

b) Liaise with contractors on project related matters such as test

scheduling, defects monitoring, etc.;

c) Keep track and ensure timely delivery of targeted milestones;

d) Prepare schedule and progress reports for the team; and

e) Serve as overall liaison for coordinating, executing and monitoring of

the projects.

**The qualifications required are as follows**:
a) Diploma qualification in any area of study;

b) Work experience of less than 5 years as a Project Coordinator or a

similar role is preferred;

c) Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.);

d) Good written and verbal communication skills in English;

e) Meticulous, good organisational, documentation and stakeholder

management skills;

f) Ability to work independently;

g) Singapore citizens are preferred; and
