We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as **Executive, Capability Development **. In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Capability Development to drive various education and training programmes in SACEOS, to help MICE companies reskill, upskill and cross-skilling their employees as they transform to meet today’s changing business environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare training materials and disseminate to learners
- Coordinate with trainers, managing their schedules and ensuring all requirements are met for successful training sessions.
- Act as a point of contact for training enquiries, liaising with HR to confirm courses, provide guidance on grant/funding submissions, and manage course schedules and learner details.
- Oversee venue logistics, including booking rooms, arranging layouts, ensuring A/V equipment availability, and managing F&B requirements.
- Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Takes initiative and work independently to complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
