**About the role**

As a Senior Analyst, you will work within our Global Market Access and Pricing team to synthesize data, develop strategic insights, and create impactful client deliverables across ex-US geographies, with a primary focus on the APAC region. You will manage small-scale projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while collaborating closely with Project Leads.

**What you'll do**:

- Collect and analyze pricing and reimbursement data and present them visually in PPT to generate strategic insights and recommendations.
- Work alongside Project Leads to shape strategic insights.
- Synthesize findings in a logical and compelling story that answers the client challenge/question.
- Oversee small-scale project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards.
- Present sections/subtasks of deliverables to clients.
- Proactively seek feedback from senior colleagues and project leads throughout projects to continuously improve and refine your work.

**About you**:

- MSc in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing market access strategies within private/alternative funding channels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret diverse data sources and communicate scientific content/findings effectively.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Outstanding work ethic with a commitment to high-quality, timely delivery.
- Business-level fluency in English (written and oral), with strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, including formulas and charts)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with a service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated.

**Desirable experience**
- In-depth knowledge of P&R systems in at least one country in the APAC region.
- Proficiency in a second language (Mandarin/Korean/Japanese preferred).
- PhD in a relevant scientific, medical, or economic discipline, such as molecular biology, health economics
