Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Equipment Operation:
oSet up, operate, and calibrate slot-die coating machines for thin-film deposition.

oAdjust coating parameters (e.g., flow rate, speed, temperature) to meet process specifications.

2.Process Monitoring:
oMonitor and record process parameters to ensure uniformity and quality of thin-film coatings.

oConduct in-process inspections to identify and address coatingdefects such as non-uniform layers, pinholes, or edge defects.

3.Material Handling:
oPrepare perovskite precursor solutions and ensure proper handling according to safety and quality protocols.

oLoad and unload substrates, ensuring alignment and cleanliness to prevent contamination.

4.Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
oPerform routine maintenance on slot-die coating equipment toensure optimal performance.

5.Documentation and Reporting:
oMaintain accurate production records, including process parameters, material usage, and inspection results.

oCollaborate with quality control and R&D teams to implement improvements.

6.Compliance and Safety:
oFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety guidelines when handling chemicals and equipment.

oParticipate in training programs for process updates and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Diploma or equivalent required.

Technical degree or certificate in engineering, materials science, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 of experience in slot-die coating or thin-film deposition processes, preferably in solar, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.

Experience with perovskite or similar photovoltaic materials is a plus.

**Skills**:Strong understanding of slot-die coating principles, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and SOPs.

Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques for thin-film characterization (e.g., thickness measurement, surface inspection).

Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and process monitoring.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a cleanroom or laboratory environment.

Capable of lifting up to [X lbs] and handling delicate equipment and materials.
