Slot Representative

We are seeking a skilled Slot Representative to join our team. As a Slot Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our slot machines and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to player needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the slot areas, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available.
  • Verify and authorize slot machine transactions, including payouts and fills.
  • Ensure that all slot machines are in optimal operational condition.
  • Handle customer complaints personally whenever possible, redirecting them to relevant authorities as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication and information flow throughout the slot department.
  • Protect all assets of the company and the slot department at all times.
  • Recognize and nurture new premium slot players.
  • Comply with and administer slot department attendance guidelines and regulatory policies.
Requirements:
  • Diploma preferred, but not required.
  • One year of slot gaming experience is preferred.
  • Electronic gaming technical background is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of slot floor operations is preferred.
