Job Title: Partner Relationship Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth import and export operations
- Develop and establish new sales channels, agent relationships and partnerships
- Preparing new contracts and renewals for partners and suppliers
- Ensure optimal efficiency and productivity in B2B aspects of business operations
- Work directly with B2B clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective business plans
- Work with sales and marketing departments to achieve company strategic objectives and goals
- Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders, including senior management
- Responsible for resolving issues with clients' portfolios to enhance complete satisfaction
- Prepare presentation materials for B2B pitches and project execution
- Participate in the account meetings/reviews with clients (on and offshore)
- Establish and provide regular updates & reporting to the director

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years of experience in client management and retention.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients
- Strong willingness to learn and grow independently
- The ability to work within a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies
- Build new accounts to create new revenue opportunities from untapped segments/markets
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
