**Position Duties**:
As a Junior BPM/BPM intern at Sleek, you will be part of a highly collaborative and amazing team, with a focus on strategic & continuous improvement projects focusing on data quality & operational excellence, such as:

- Conduct problem solving & root-cause analysis to understand where we need to improve in order to achieve exceptional customer experience and to optimize business processes
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
- Assist in the organisation and management of the team’s data resources to have it immediately accessible for analysis
- Audit the quality, integrity and comprehensiveness of the data collected
- Clean daily the various exception dashboards impacting Sleek operations
- Ensure daily that the platform reflects exactly all the services subscribed by the clients and that the client’s information is accurate
- Align with involved stakeholders to set up new exception dashboards and reports to secure and improve the data quality in the various systems which are key to make decisions and to communicate with clients.
- Whenever a new pattern is detected, clean and organize data with appropriate tools to rectify the situation in a sustainable approach
- Consolidate and build knowledge base to facilitate best practices sharing across teams and countries
- Assist in cross-functional collaboration across all operations teams to deliver valuable projects
- Set-up and facilitate a cross-functional data quality working group and diffuse data quality culture across the organization
- Support the BPM managers in all the tasks delegated to, notably by driving various initiatives and projects which have been started to ensure that they are progressing regularly and as expected until their full completion

**Performance Standards**:

- Bachelor's Degree and above (final year or fresh graduates)
- Willingness to learn and curious mindset
- Be highly collaborative as the role will work closely with other department members on cross-functional projects
- Strong teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a flair for data analysis
- Ability to work independently; can prioritize and adjust tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong Project Management experience with attention to detail
