**Role Description and Responsibilities**:

- Lead generation and business development via cold-calling and networking.
- Negotiate business terms with clients.

**Competencies**:

- Understand the value chain of a recruitment business and execute full sales process seamlessly.
- Able to understand and provide client-centric service to stakeholders.
- Be equipped with knowledge about various job sectors and industries.
- Be competent in communication, negotiation, closing deals and handling rejections with stakeholders.
- Achieve competency in fact-finding/interviewing skills.

**Duration**:

- 6 months attachment, conversion to full-time staff in the event attachment is completed.

**Other Information**:

- Location: Rochor/Dhoby Ghaut - Peace Centre
- 5 days work week (9am to 6pm, Hybrid)
