Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a versatile and hands on technical Business Intelligence Lead to join our enterprise data analytics team. You will lead a team of BI specialists to build the teams capabilities to solve challenging business problems across the organisation. The role requires good people management, stakeholder and project management skills in addition to outstanding technical ability.

You will work with project team members, including external vendors, to deliver IT solutions to bank’s end-user. The technical scope involves Microsoft Power BI & QlikSense Application setup, design and development to enhance the bank’s operation readiness and financial prowess. Be forward looking and agile to adapt to changing bank’s needs and dynamic working environment.

Key activities may include, but are not limited to:

- Collaborate with big-data Engineers on the design, development and maintenance of models
- Analyse and assess delinquent Applications; provide suggestions to fix, optimize and resolve issues.
- Assist with QlikSense & Microsoft Power BI Server integration and performance issues;
- Identify customer needs and work collaboratively to determine business requirements
- Manage work through timelines and milestones
- Liaise with the end-user and technical solution team to implement solutions that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Critical examination of requirements and understanding operations and systems.
- Create and modify procedures to solve problems considering technical capacity and limitations.
- Manage the technical delivery within timeline and with quality.
- Manage change request and defect with release control.
- Manage project issues, user and vendor expectations.
- Ensure end-user satisfaction and meeting service level agreement.Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Fast Learner, enjoy analytical and data modelling work and proactive in providing solutions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to details

Technical Skill:

- Possess competent technical knowledge in the following solution platform/tool:

- Windows Platform
- Qlik or Microsoft Power BI
- Experience in business intelligence tools such as SAP Biz Object, SAS EBI, Oracle OBIEE
- Oracle Database with Oracle PLSLQ experience
- Strong SQL experience
- Knowledge of scripting technologies.About the Department
