The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a statutory board under Ministry of Transport that spearheads land transport developments in Singapore. We are seeking dynamic, energetic, highly motivated, passionate and qualified professionals to join us.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join in leading our Tactical Enforcement Operations team in ensuring safety and compliance on Singapore's roads and paths.
- Lead and manage a team of enforcement officers in planning and executing targeted operations against violations under the Active Mobility Act and Road Traffic Act
- Develop comprehensive enforcement strategies to address non-compliant behaviour by vehicle and active mobility device users
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders and other law enforcement agencies to ensure coordinated and effective operations
- Spearhead projects to enhance operational capabilities, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies
- Analyse enforcement data and trends to optimise resource deployment and operational effectiveness
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing enforcement unit

**[What we are looking for]**

What are we looking for:

- Knowledge in relevant field (e.g., Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Business Administration)
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience in law enforcement, operations management, or similar field
- Strong leadership abilities with proven track record of team management
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across various stakeholder groups
- Good understanding of relevant laws and regulations in Singapore
- Experience in data analysis and operational planning
- Positive attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment where occasional irregular hours is expected
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills
