Singapore KOWATA TECH ENGINEERINGS PTE. LTD. Full time

**1. Equipment Maintenance & Repair**:

- **MHE**:Forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor systems, cranes, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), etc.
- **GSE**:Aircraft tow tractors, baggage carts, air conditioning units, power units, de-icing vehicles, and fuel trucks.
- Perform **preventive maintenance**according to schedules.
- Diagnose malfunctions using diagnostic tools/manuals.
- Conduct **repairs on engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems**.

**2. Inspections & Testing**:

- Conduct routine safety and functionality inspections.
- Perform post-repair testing and performance checks.
- Ensure equipment complies with **regulatory and safety standards**(e.g., OSHA, FAA, or military specifications).

**3. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain service logs, inspection records, and repair reports.
- Use **Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)**to track tasks and inventory.

**4. Inventory & Parts Management**:

- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Request or order parts and tools as needed.

**5. Operational Support**:

- Provide support during operations involving GSE/MHE.
- Respond to breakdowns or emergency repairs on-site.

**6. Technical Upgrades & Fabrication**:

- Assist with equipment upgrades or retrofitting.
- Occasionally perform welding or custom fabrication.
