CW Aero Services Pte Ltd is a company established in Singapore, a young entity of a business active for 20 years in Aerospace.

We specialize in selling and supporting Aviation products mainly from high-quality European manufacturers, to airports, airlines and maintenance centres in Asia. Since 2015, the Engineering department provides a highly qualified technical support for these products. In addition, CW Aero Services also provide installation, commissioning, training, repair and maintenance services of MRO equipment, such as test stands, to the major companies of aviation industry. Engineering services are provided in Singapore and the Asian region as well.

**Position Summary**

You will be hired as GSE apprenticeship. Your main function will be to assist GSE technicians and engineers to provide support to Customers of the aviation industry in maintaining and repairing their heavy vehicles (pushback tractors, loaders), mobile and fix air-conditioning units, mobile and fix gensets and other Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and MRO tooling. Customers are mainly located in Singapore Changi and Seletar airports.

Additionally, upon request, you will be supporting the Test System (MRO) team for their engineering project and maintenance contract. You will liaise with your Engineers and technician accordingly for your daily task and reporting.**Main responsibilities**
- Assisting troubleshooting in Hydraulic, Pneumatic systems, and engine systems on the equipment.
- In general, assign to assist Engineers and technicians on any mechanical, or electrical works
- Perform and follow all maintenance service schedules (e.g : daily, weekly, monthly services, servicing checklist) as assigned to ensure consistent and satisfactory performance and instruction
- Attend to related breakdown reported by lead technician/engineer for necessary work instructions and perform given task
- Ensure proper and accurate details are filled up and signed off on Service Report and work task sheets upon completion of work
- Ensure equipment is in clean working/serviceable condition before releasing to the user
- To coordinate accordingly with the supervisor for the next maintenance interval
- At the time you may be deployed to respond to emergency service calls involving ground support equipment after official hours if GSE Manager deems necessary
- Expect proper use of tools, diagnostic equipment, etc. required for equipment maintenance and repair
- Keep work area and its tools/equipment always clean and serviceable, and report all deficiencies to superior
- Perform any other duty assigned

**Skills/Qualifications
**Should have minimum N level, fresh graduates are also welcome.
**Mandatory
- Basic mechanical working knowledge
- Good interpersonal and customer support skills
- _Able to obtain Airside/Airport pass (No criminal record or denylisted by the airport organization) _
- Singapore or valid international Driving license holders
- Strong Awareness of work safety
- Strong Situational Awareness
- Able to handle the stress that may be caused by frequent changes due to production and maintenance
- Average Conversational level of English and proficiency in writing simple English
- Organization, communication, and customer care skills
- Can-do mindset and am willing to learn

Good team player, you must be proactive and able to work autonomously.

**Additional**
- Knowledge about common industrial machinery components and maintenance
- Knowledge and usage of tools (electrical/Mechanical) is an advantage
- Knowledge of electrical diagrams is a plus
- Knowledge in machining/fabrication is a plus
