**Role and Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for supervising, organizing and maintaining the standard of food and beverage service.
2. Provide prompt and courteous service to members at all times by greeting members and escort them to their tables as well as assist them with their belongings.
3. Monitor reservation sheet and allocate table reservation in a fair and equal system to all stations.
4. Supervise the pre-cocktail area in ensuring that the drinks are served properly and those food orders are taken promptly.
5. Be familiar with the menu and prices in order to facilitate the selling of food and recommend food and beverages to members and to respond to their enquiry.
6. Handle and solve complaints regarding food, wines and service. Report all complaints, comments and compliments to Restaurant Manager.
7. Ensure staff practice economy and avoid wastage of beverage, food and paper items.
8. Conduct daily inspection on appearance of all Restaurant staff including mise en place and mise en scene and detect discrepancies in service procedure and correct individual immediately behind the scene.
9. Aim at maximising sales and revenues by providing good foods, good services, and expedite on floor or in kitchen business demands.
10. Ensure that all furniture, equipment, utensils and service-ware are accounted for, properly handled, regularly serviced and maintained to reduce excessive wear and tear.
11. Prepare staff schedule.
12. Build rapport and good relationships with members.
13. Open and serve wine.
14. To bill members and guests accordingly
15. To clear and clean up table
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Diploma/Specialist certification in culinary arts
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with Food and Hygiene Certification

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
