**Responsibilities**:

- **Establish, implement, maintain & improve the management systems, namely: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS 651**:

- Establish, implement, review & improve on management systems’ documentations, namely: policy, objectives, manual, procedures, forms, etc.
- **Manage all system certification, improvement, and upgrade issues**:

- **Plan, manage and execute all internal and external management system audits to ensure timely closure of issues raised during the audits**:

- Plan and conduct management reviews
- **Develop and oversee the implementation of all QA activities and support in HSE activities**:

- Follow-up on issues to ensure timely closure of HSEQ-related reports, namely: customer complaint reports, corrective action reports, incident reports, etc.
- **Prepare and submit Monthly reports**:

- Participate as a team member in risk / HSE assessment team
- Participate in external provider audits, where applicable
- Co-ordination of Global QA initiatives and projects
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System Certification / GMP is preferred
- To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors

**Job Requirements**:

- **Minimum Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a petrochemical industry**
