**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily logistics operations to meet KPIs set by customers and project requirements.
- Prepare internal and external reports; oversee project P&L to support financial targets and decisions.
- Coordinate order cycles and evaluate performance using WMS and other logistics systems to plan improvements.
- Allocate staff resources based on evolving project demands and supervise team performance.
- Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers while supporting logistics service development.
- Implement safety and security initiatives; lead continuous operational improvements within regulatory and environmental constraints. Also includes project planning and other tasks as assigned by company management.

**Requirement**:

- Education in relevant disciplines
- Good understanding of Contract Logistics and market practices
- At least 5 years of experience in 3PL, Warehouse and Logistics environment
- Excellent communication skills
