The Project Director shall report to the General Manager and is responsible for overall leadership for Life Science, Pharma & Data Centre.
- His main duties include Tenders & Bidding, Sales, Operations, budgets, labour planning, scheduling and meet delivery date.
- At any one time, He or She will be managing several Project Managers.
- His KPI shall be based on Sales, Project Profit margin based on corporate guidelines, customers satisfaction and contractual project delivery timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Leadership, mentoring, guidance in leading a team of Project Managers, Asst Manager, Snr Engineers / Engineers & Project team members.
- Building and fostering strong customer relationship and assist in generating sales
- Plan, schedules and coordinates new project manpower mobilization and demobilization.
- Develop the yearly project budgets, schedule, resource allocation, cash flow and plans.
- Administration of the project contract to ensure compliance with set performance targets, schedules, and technical specifications.
- Manage Project manpower costing and timesheet for man-hour charging based on project code.
- Successful project close out with full contractual compliance evidenced by client sign-offs, clearing of all punch lists and archiving of project documentation.
- Liaise between main contractors, subcontractors, labour supervisors and foremen to coordinate schedules and achieve milestone targets.
- Manage project cash flow and provide regular project updates
- Perform accurate monthly forecast of project financial data to keep management appraised of the status of the project.
- Implementation of corporate safety program and walk the project for safety on a weekly basis.
- Implementation of QA / QC program.

**KPI**:
Bid and secure life science and ensure new booking budget and sales targets are met annually.

Bid and growth Life Science, Pharma, Data Centre Sales.

Ensure meeting profit margin.

Cross selling by referring sales contacts to internal equipment sales, semiconductor sales team & tendering department.
