As a** Vendor Management & Outsourcing Specialist**, you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.

This role will work with the Venture, SCB, SCV risk stakeholders and Fin Tech Partners/vendors and support the Venture build and timely roll out. The individual will work with businesses and functions across SC Ventures and SC Group.

**The Role Responsibility**:
**Strategy**
- Ensure all required risk management processes (new and on-going) are performed periodically as specified by governance standards.
- Be the point of contact for the Vendor team and Contract owners for all required risk approvals and ensure compliance to vendor onboarding procedures.
- Support Outsourcing governance forum set up and run to comply with regulatory requirements.

**Business Support**
- Support Business Functions to complete risk assessments and service review meetings based on implemented TPRM governance and oversight processes.
- Support management of ongoing monitoring activities including service review meetings with the Contract Owners.
- Support the reviews and approval of new and incremental services to be contracted under the TPRM Framework.
- Support second line of defence oversight of third party risks, validating and/or escalating, as appropriate, third party risks in alignment with the TPRM Framework and the Board-approved risk appetite.
- Ensure Contract Owners are mitigating identified risks associated with third parties in accordance with the TPRM Framework.

**Processes**
- Ensure that all third party relationships are captured in a centralised inventory in a timely manner.
- Ensure and assess compliance to TPRM Framework and adherence to related policies and standards.
- Communicate and train TPRM requirements, including country regulatory expectations.

**Risk Management**
- Escalate identified issues to relevant risk committees as necessary.
- Prepare reports of third party risk oversight activities to key stakeholders and relevant risk committees.
- Support audit reviews as directed.
- Identify issues and root causes of incidents including oversight/facilitations of third party risk mitigation actions.
- Support BAU functioning of the Third Party Risk Committee and follow up on key tasks as appropriate.

**Cross Functional Engagement**
- Partner with stakeholders (including but not limited to Contract Owners, SC Ventures Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and relevant SMEs) to effectively coordinate and execute third party risk management controls.

- At least a Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with Risk & Control / audit background.
- Previous experience of working within the Financial Services sector is an advantage.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to problems and work with the larger team.
- Energy and desire to succeed; follows through on commitments; pushes self and others to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong collaboration, consensus building, problem resolution and communication skills are a prerequisite.
