**PURPOSE**

***:
The Executive/ Senior Executive supports the Venue Lead and Managers to manage operations of the venue by overseeing the different aspects of business (such as budget management, stakeholder engagement, event, and daily ops management) by building strong rapport and working relationship with internal and external stakeholder and maintaining a “can do” attitude to deliver a successful outcome that is in accordance with organizational goals.

**RESPONSBILITIES**

- Uphold strong communications with the wider Sports Hub team and external partners
- Collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders, such as events, marketing, sales, and sports/community
- Develop relationships and conduct regular interfaces with the elite and community sports partners and other stakeholders
- Plan, organize and implement events from community to elite level
- Handle inquiries from the public, clients, stakeholders, and government
- Working closely with community and industry bodies (including schools, sports clubs, and other community groups)
- Ability to express ideas clearly through both oral and written communication with strong attention to detail
- Valid CPR, First Aid and AED certification is an advantage

**REQUIREMENTS**

***:

- Diploma in business or event related
- Bachelor’s degree or better from an accredited college or university is preferred, but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous sport and leisure experience catering to elite and community clients is considered an advantage
