
Customer Account Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Receive, acknowledge and process Purchase Orders (PO) from customers.
- Ensure accuracy of PO details when keying in to system.
- Update Open Order Reports (OOR) data in system based on information provided by Sales/ Customer Support team.
- Upload quotations into system.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Only Singaporeans need to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
