**Requirements**:

- Must have prior experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or early childhood education setting
- Must be available to work on weekends
- Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with parents to provide progress updates and feedback
- Must be able to ensure the safety of all children during lessons

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate swimming lessons to groups of children
- Conduct assessments of each child's swimming abilities and provide individualized instruction
- Monitor the progress of each child and provide regular updates to parents
- Ensure that all necessary safety protocols are followed during lessons
- Maintain a safe and clean pool environment
