Overview of Responsibilities:
To work with the other staff to build a culture of peer empowerment through guiding, reinforcing and modelling skills designed to expand rehab participants’ strengths.

The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**

**1. **Facilitation of Rehab Activities**
- Facilitate or co-facilitate skills reinforcement and skills building group activities with team-mates and or external trainers in the following areas:
1. Identifying strengths

2. Building up self confidence

3. Increasing self acceptance

4. Storytelling skills

5. Basic peer supporter skills

6. Hands on skills (Art & Crafts, Exercise, Life Skills)
- Conduct one-on-one debriefs or reflections with participants to reinforce skills acquired
- Prepare workplans for rehab activities to rehab senior programme coordinator

**2. **Mentoring of Assistant PEs**
- Coach Assistant PEs in administrative duties and in co-facilitation of rehab activities

**3. **Administrative Duties**
- Assist the rehab admin in the tasks required
- Document participants’ progress and attendance in their respective progress cards
- Liaise with the rehab senior programme coordinator and the rehab participants’ respective counsellors/ social workers/ case managers regarding the participants’ progress

**4. **Others**

Perform any other duties as assigned by the rehab senior programme coordinator

Job Qualifications:

- O’Level or equivalent with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
