**TransAsia Private Capital Limited is a Hong Kong headquartered asset management firm founded in 2013. The firm is best known for its private debt solutions spanning across trade and trade related value chain financing, mid tenor supply chain financing, and mid to longer tenor term and project loans. TransAsia capitalises on pre-existing middle market financing gaps left by the banking sector in the Asia Pacific region. Core capabilities include origination, credit underwriting and loan servicing.
**Summary of the position**

**Outline of main duties and responsibilities**

You will be involved in various aspects within middle office fund operations including but not limited to:
1. Interactions with external counterparties;
2. Internal trade booking and reconciliation checks;
3. Configuration of internal risk reports;
4. Reviewing fund’s books and records (NAV);
5. Coordination and review of year-end audits for all managed funds.

Additional responsibilities include significant coordination with other operational teams and involvement in compliance, valuations, and investor requests.

**Skills and experience required**
- Bachelor's degree (ideally in a related finance field) required and any professional qualification an advantage.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in any business discipline preferable.
- Knowledge and experience in fund operations processes and programming is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
- High interpersonal intelligence and ability to build strong relationships across the business internally and with service providers.

**Reporting structure**

The Analyst will report to the Head of Operations.
