**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage crew issues including managing crew operating patterns, standby call-up and variable crewing.
- Resolve operational problems and handling crewing requirements arising from ad hoc flight delays and diversion, Aircraft
- On
- Ground (AOG), aircraft changes, flight re-timings and cancellations.
- Ensure all flights depart with full complement of crew through proper management of standby resources. Report the reason for any minus crew situation for all flights.
- Ensure that service, safety and quality processes are adhere to when crew reports at the Control Centre e.g. step down of crew, loss of staff ID, safety shoes, work permits, passports, and Visa requirements etc.
- Ensure all flights adhere to Air Navigation Regulations (ANR) and any other regulatory rules on Flight Duty Period [FDP], Flight Time Limitations [FTL], minimum rest rules, and Collective Agreement.
- Monitor and take remedial action for any violation to regulatory requirements
- To submit daily Advance Passenger Info System (APIS), Advance Passenger Processing (APP) and Crew Travel Authority (CTA) to relevant Authorities at overseas stations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To attend expeditiously and politely to crew requests such as medical leave, request for off-days, annual leave, compassionate leave, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) day, flight requests due to flight recency. To handle crew resignation and deassignment of flight duties and training course.
- Liaise with various business units/departments, overseas stations & authorities on crew matters
- To assist the Duty Manager/Duty AO when there is a medical emergency with our crew members. To assist Crisis Management team in handling crisis as outlined in the Crisis Management Manual.
- To assist the implementation and enhancement to IT systems in Control Cente, such as Crew App, Crew Manager [CMX] and Notifications to Crew [CNC].
- Attend to crew queries/requests when necessary; and
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- A good diploma in any discipline
- Must be prepared to perform shift duties (including night duties) independently and confidently with mínimal supervision on a permanent basis.
- Proficient in the use of computer systems
- Preference will be given to those who are able to understand/grasp business/operations flow and have front-line customer service experience.
