Providing professional C&S expertise in site planning, coordination and execution of matters relating to the construction project
- Assist project manager in preparing all documents related to Authority submissions
- Conduct daily check on work progress, house-keeping, quality control, and safety measures on site with safety personnel
- Assist project manager in preparing documents related to RI inspections and TOP
- Prepare all documents related to closing of project, such as as-built drawings, operating and maintenance manual (OMM)

**Job Specifications**:

- Possess growth mindset and positive attitude
- Minimum years of experience: 2 to 5 years’ work experience in R & R/ A & A/ New Build
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical mind, good organisation skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, and under pressure, to meet deadlines
