**Your role**
- Do you know how to maintain product offering competitiveness using market trend insight? Are you an innovator who loves to solve problems, with a keen interest in financial markets?
- We’re looking for a Structured Product Specialist to:
- develop and manage the Structured Products offering shelf in APAC with a focus on bespoke solutions
- originate and structure and execution of Equity and Fixed income linked products
- service key stakeholders in Wealth Management.
- maintain order management and execution platforms
- support product maintenance, risk management, ongoing monitoring, reporting and pricing activities
- actively engaging counterparties, observing market trends and generate new product ideas
- to provide pro-active after sales initiatives

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Structured Products Origination team servicing Wealth Management. We’re responsible for contributing specialist expertise to the development and management of Structured Products and derivatives, and assume end-to-end view responsibility for our product shelf. As a product specialist working seamlessly together with many other parts of our business, you’ll help ensure that our offering reaches every client in the simplest, quickest and most impactful way.

**Your expertise**
- ideally more than 5 years of experience in Equity or Fixed income derivatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, mathematics, computing, finance, economics or related disciplines
- knowledge and experience with Equity or Fixed Income derivatives
- fluency in numbers
- ability to explain complex concepts to WM stakeholders and clients.
- methodical, concise and accurate work style, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze product risk and regulatory issues
- collaborative team member with analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong VBA skills will be an advantage.
- fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) to support local client base
