**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in creating investor relations materials, including press releases, presentations, website content, and speeches.
- Develop communication materials and reports for regulatory and investor communications.
- Plan and coordinate social media initiatives and manage the publication of company announcements on the website.
- Organize and execute events such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs), investor roadshows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with senior management to shape the company’s strategic messaging and market positioning.
- Collaborate with our quant research team to create monthly one pager from the numbers and also turn the data into information that can be populated in the corporate investor relations presentation accompanied by slides, images and video.
- Contribute to the conceptualization, development, and production of the Annual Report, corporate marketing materials, and event collateral.
- Conduct timely research and analysis on macroeconomic trends, industry peers, indices, and the broader market landscape.
- Provide management with accurate performance data and financial metrics analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Economics, Language or Communications or related field
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience, with proven track record preferred
- We are open to considering fresh graduates as long as they are from the related majors and have relevant internship experience
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Ability to perform under pressure while confidently advising clients and communicating with stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks.
- Experience with website maintenance/ social media
- Good team player and able to work independently
