- Liase with IT Operations, Legal and Compliance departments related to participant and regulator reports.
- Perform Root cause analysis for the incidents/Problems occurred by taking ownership.
- Coordinate with offshore team in clearing the outstanding Kanban JIRA’s and represent team in the stand up calls
- Able to Manage stakeholders across APAC, USA and EMEA related to data extracts and audit work
- Be on top of client escalations related to Trade reconciliation and functional queries
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly regulatory metrics and analyze results to achieve reporting accuracy, and to ensure timely submission of trade information to regulators.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking and Finance sector
- Understanding of regulatory reporting rules and regulations include MAS, ASIC, JFSA, HKMA, ESMA, FCA, FINMA, CFTC, CANADA (13 provinces)
- In depth knowledge of derivative assets including Credits, Interest rates, Equity, Commodities and Foreign Exchange products.
- Awareness of both Over the counter (OTC) and Exchange traded derivatives (ETD) and their Trade lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills required to help the team perform complex analysis on the volumes and process flow to identify the root cause if non-compliance and or issues are encountered.
- Excellent communication skills

**Must Have Skills**:
Snowflake, PL/SQL, Greenplum, XML, AWS S3

**Good To have**:
Datastage, JAVA, Mainframes

**Domain COmpetancy**:
E2 in Banking

**Certification**:
Good to have certifications related to Derivatives and Finance backgroundTags
