Inspects and verifies rope access systems and components before use.

Recognizes worksite hazards and notifies the team of any unsafe conditions.

Maintains proficiency in rescue techniques and assists in rescues as directed and in accordance with certification level.

Responsible for maintaining discipline and cooperation with the workforce under their supervision.

Responsible for maintaining the daily reporting, and day-to-day forms, permits as may be required for the project in hand.

Responsible for the wellbeing and safe operating practices of personnel working under his supervision.

Maintain good communication with client and office to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Scope of work may be adjusted at any time if operations or admin duties are required.
