Job Description
This role involves conducting inspections, ensuring safety standards, and performing rope access tasks at various site locations. Responsibilities include pre-work safety checks, on-site safety management, and post-work reporting. Continuous training and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
Responsibilities
Inspect PPE and climbing equipment for validity and safety.
Evaluate work instructions and identify risks.
Establish work site safety measures in coordination with the team.
Conduct safety briefings and inspections before work begins.
Physically access work areas using rope access techniques.
Ensure all anchoring points are secure and safe.
Maintain minimal disruption to venue operations and public activities.
Inspect and ensure the safety of vertical platforms used.
Report safety incidents and near misses.
Post-Work Responsibilities
Complete work according to standards.
Reinstate work site after tasks are completed.
Submit reports within designated timelines.
Training & Development
Attend refresher training sessions.
Stay updated on latest rope techniques and equipment.
Learn from safety incident case studies.
