**Job Description**:
The Senior Project Manager provide overall leadership, governance, organization and management, to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee the execution of all project activities
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that projects arecompleted on time and within budget
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, and that all project deliverables are meet or exceed client expectations
- Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure that all project deliverables meet their needs and expectations
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians and other professionals, to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to provide updates on project progress and addres s any issues or concerns
- Provide overall project management administration duties

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 12 years of e xperience in ACMV works
- Degree in Mechanic al Engineering or equivalent
- Strong technical know ledge of HVAC s ystems, including design, installation, and maintenance
- Familiarity with ACMV engineering principles, industry standards and regulations
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communic ation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytic al and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to details and ability to maintain accurate project documentation
