**Your tasks/Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with production and customer service teams to determine material demand
- Weekly stock reconciliation with warehouse stock balance versus ERP
- Consolidate expired and damaged goods for disposal
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust order quantities as needed
- Monitor shipment incoming into warehouse and process GRN for the stock
- Review and optimize supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
- Understand the impact of supply chain constraints and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and business partners

**Your profile/Qualifications**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3+ years of experience in material planning or inventory management in a chemical production or supply chain management, logistics related industry
- Knowledge of chemical supply chain processes and regulatory requirements for hazardous materials and chemicals
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Microsoft Business Central and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and priotize tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
- Additional languages are an advantage, e.g. Chinese, German
