As a Customer Solutions Centre Intern, you will support routine tasks to maintain the efficiency of existing data models and assist in optimizing their performance. You will collaborate with the team to develop new data model strategies, helping to enhance overall processes and outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to process documentation, ensuring that workflows and methodologies are clearly captured for future reference.

**What you will do**:

- Daily CS report updates, highlighting data errors, monitoring on the service below KPI within the CS functions, creating process documentation and maintaining the internal team share point development sites.
- Understand Customer solutions operation and build visualizations in Power BI, generate and refresh daily report requirements and work on required data sets and improving the process.
- Participate to improve process through automation with other members in the team.

- Able to work well with others
- Good command of English
