Internship - Lab Productivity and Performance, Singapore (July to December 2025)

**Help us get ahead of disease together with our Quality Business Area / Lab Productivity and Performance Internship, 2025**:
**Education required**: Undergraduate studying a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Engineering discipline with a focus in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or Chemistry

**Other requirements**: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship & doing a full-time credit bearing internship

**Language requirement**: Written and spoken fluency in English

**Internship period**: July to December 2025

**What will you do?**
- To support in executing lean lab identified projects (lab rejuvenation, micro lab standard work, reduced testing, online testing program etc.) to achieve productivity gain
- To deploy GSK Production System (GPS) 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) standard for the whole lab and obtained 5S certification for 1 identified zone
- To review and revamp Lab Safety Program including safety GEMBA requirement, RA program, new chemical introduction standard work. And with governance and performance management

**What will you learn?**
- 5S/Zoning roll up in the lab and establish standard work to obtain GPS Maturity
- Establish robust Lab Safety Program and Governance to be aligned to SLE expectations
