**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the Finance Manager to ensure a smooth operation of the Finance & Accounts Department for the Singapore office.
- Assist in all accounting functions, including financial analysis, annual audit, tax filing, monthly and annual end-closing, daily reconciliation
- Responsible for accounts payable and receivables and regional reporting.
- Prepare payment requests for vendor invoices
- Enter employee claim reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor payment requests, local and overseas invoices and journals
- Assist with the monthly client billings and maintaining client billing records
- Prepare manual check payments
- Prepare wire payments through internet banking
- Maintain relevant reports and performing related accounting functions as may be required by the Finance Manager
- Handle internal enquires and performing other accounts related duties as required by the Finance Manager
Qualifications / Person Specification:
- College degree graduate with LCCI book-keeping Intermediate or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Result-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility of completing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Highly organized and pro-active; able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Word is a must
