- Involvement in building / engineering projects through all stages of Design & Construction from Concept, Schematic, Detailed design, Construction, Testing & Commission to Building Completion
- Design & Project Management roles
- Employing the use of advanced computerised modelling tools in developing engineering design solutions
- Working closely with other teams in their specialised fields to provide a holistic and economical building design solution
- Effective communication with stakeholders including the Approving Authorities during design workshops and meetings through the various stages of Design & Construction development

FSE - Fire Safety Engineer
MEP - Professional Engineer
ESD - Green Mark Professional / Green Mark Manager / LEED AP

1. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Sciences or related discipline.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Building / Construction Sector

3. Relevant experience suitable for the relevant teams

7. Display strong initiative and work independently

8. Good written and oral communication skills

9. Engineers are expected to show a keen interest in learning and acquiring knowledge in their fields
