Crypto Asset Management Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop marketing materials for the firm’s digital asset management strategies, including Stable Returns, Mining and VC.
- Help design and implement the firm’s investor reporting mechanism, liaise with investment and finance team to produce and distribute periodic investor reporting materials and organize investor update calls.
- Keep track of crypto market development and prepare proactive and reactive responses to investors on major market events.
- Develop strong relationships throughout the investment community, ensuring that Company’s brand, platform and abilities are well represented.
- Systematically map out investors not presently invested with Company.
- Establish and build relationships with new investors and their consultant’s while maintaining, enhancing and optimizing relationships with the firm’s existing investor base.
- Articulate Company’s overall investment processes and its differentiating characteristics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a renowned institution, master’s degree a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience ideally in investment banking, private banking, or asset management, previous IR role a plus.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to drive a process forward to completion, and to effectively prioritize competing objectives and urgent deadlines.
- High learning agility with proactive problem-solving skills
- Clear and concise communication style
- A high standard of integrity and ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality on firm and client information - Presence and self-confidence to interface with key constituents of the firm
- Professional level English and Mandarin a must.
