Job Description:

As a seasoned Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing crypto asset accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. This position requires a professional with strong technical expertise in multi-currency and crypto asset environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to define and implement accounting treatments for complex, crypto-specific scenarios
• Manage crypto asset accounting processes and produce relevant financial reports
• Perform high-volume data reconciliation across multiple systems and blockchain networks
• Support historical financial cleanup initiatives, ensuring completeness and audit readiness
• Handle various crypto-related accounting tasks, staying updated on compliance and regulatory developments
• Assist finance system project leads by providing insights related to internal financial systems and their integration
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial workflows, reporting accuracy, and efficiency

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance;
• ACCA or CPA certification is a strong plus;
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in accounting operations or external/internal audit;
• Proven expertise in multi-currency accounting and handling complex financial data;
• Experience in crypto asset accounting is highly preferred;
• Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, showing strong problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments;
• Proficiency in finance systems and Excel; experience with ERP systems or automation tools is a bonus;
• Some financial consolidation experience is desirable;
• Independent, self-motivated, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively
