- Responsibilities:

- Business Controlling with preparation of multi year’s budget, monthly budget, quarterly forecast and provide analysis on variance with monthly actuals with in depth analysis on finance risks & opportunities
- Bid Controlling which includes analysis of risk, provide mitigation of risks related to bids, review of costs estimates, cash flow analysis, hedging requirement, taxation issues, consolidation of multi entities bids and attends all bids meeting to ensure bids processes are approved before submission of bids
- Project Controlling which includes attend project reviews, attends EAC/ETC review, provide hedging requirement for projects, ensure no long overdue receivables and consolidation of multi entity projects financial
- Perform monthly profit & loss closing activities by validating SAP closing data from projects sales, cost of sales, contract variances, G&A expenses and overheads, monthly reporting preparation for Business Operating review.
- Preparation of monthly management report to be consolidated into reporting tools which includes hourly rate analysis and staff utilization
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree preferably in Accountancy / Finance, preferably a CPA/CA
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience in project accounting position with budgeting and analytical responsibilities
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, cost accounting, budgeting and cost control principles
- Able to analyze financial data and to be critical
- Business Understanding and prefer complex multi-unit industrial projects
- Knowledge / experience with SAP will be an added advantage
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A great team player
