**Position Title: Associate Trainer**
**Roles Description**:
The Associate Trainer role encompasses a range of responsibilities, primarily focused on delivering direct teaching and training within the organization. This involves conducting training courses, evaluating their effectiveness, and maintaining training facilities and equipment through recertification. Additionally, the role entails ongoing self-learning and development, coaching and mentoring colleagues, and staying updated on industry changes. The Associate Trainer contributes to the enhancement of course materials and ensures the utmost quality in training program delivery. Furthermore, supporting Team Leaders and Superiors in achieving organizational objectives is a key aspect of this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Delivers, assesses, and evaluates training programs according to high standards.
- Carries out preventive maintenance and updates records for training facilities and equipment.
- Maintains the presentability of facilities and reports issues as necessary.
- Shares knowledge and self-learns to stay updated on industry changes.
- Develops competencies to serve as backup as needed.
- Exhibits a positive attitude toward participants, visitors, and colleagues.
- Upholds the organization's reputation and values.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by superiors.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of Certificate/Diploma in related field with at least 1 years' experience in Oil & Gas or related industries.
- Holds a Professional in Training Certification and classroom training experience.
- Possesses Open Water Diving Certification (advantageous).
- Demonstrates maturity, resourcefulness, and high motivation.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
