We are seeking a motivated, responsible and reliable Operator Trainer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individual with passion for heavy machinery and ground engineering to build a rewarding career in the foundation and geotechnical industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide familiarization and training to customer’s operators.
- Assist in the setup and operation of bored piling rigs and associated equipment.
- Support the senior operator with daily tasks, site preparation and machine maintenance.
- Assist in lifting and rigging tasks according to senior operator instructor Assist in troubleshooting machine faults.
- Support the commissioning of new machines, as well as the erection and dismantling of equipment.
- Monitor safety procedures and adhere to company health and safety standards.
- Carry out routine maintenance checks and report issues as required
- Record daily activities and assist in quality control documentation.

**Job Requirements**
- Familiarity to BAUER equipment; bore pile/grab/trench cutter would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction or groundworks.
- Relevant piling operation experience is highly desirable.
- Singapore Class 4 driving license.
- BCA Bored Piling Operation certificate.
- MOM crane operator certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a physical demanding environment.
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions from senior operator.
- Willing to take on overseas assignments.
- This is a hands-on, field-based role that involves daily jobsite activity.
- Comfortable with overtime and weekend work when required.

任职要求：
- 熟悉宝峨(Bauer)设备;钻孔桩/抓斗/沟槽切割机占优势。
- 对机械操作有兴趣，有相关打桩经验者优先。
- 有相关执照与起重机操作文凭。
- 良好的学习能力与沟通能力，并听从高级操作员的指示
- 责任心强，能适应现场工作环境。
- 安全法规和程序相关知识。
- 积极主动的态度。
- 可以接受加班和周末工作。
